Jared Kushner: What Have You Been Up To?

Dear Jared Kushner,

So you managed a Data Operation for Donald Trump's 2016 Election campaign that targeted social media and specific states based on all types of ROI.  That's a bit vague and I see that you haven't gone into detail about what ROI meant to the Trump campaign.

BUT -

PLEASE TELL ME I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON ALIVE CONNECTING THESE TWO STORIES:

On Truth: Trump Takes a Dump

President Trump responds and is concerned with one single thing:  LOYALTY

Trump has fired anyone that seeks to speak the truth about this administration. Let's take a look...

Sally Yates
Sally sought to help the Trump administration by warning that Michael Flynn was an issue and possibly subject to blackmail by the Russian government.  This came AFTER the fact that Obama had warned Trump about Flynn as a possible issue if he were part of Trump's administration.  Trump claims that Yates' "Heads up" was nothing but that.  A Head's UP?!  Should Yates have thrown her arms in the air and flailed about on the floor for President Trump to understand the sensitivity of the matter?  What does it take for this President to listen to anything whatsoever.  He's already reduced his daily briefings to a single page...

Preet Bharara
Trump said, when coming into office, that Preet could stay.  That is, until Jeff Sessions came into the picture and said to get rid of him.  If you think that Trump is pulling the strings and making the decisions, think again.  Trump does not know dick, and he didn't know Preet Bharara either.  Bye Bye.

Angella Reid
Chief Usher of the White House.  But why?  No one is really sure about that one.  I'd bet she has a good story though.  Unfortunately, I think she's wise to stay quiet about the reasons...

Michael Flynn
Who the heck is this guy?  Oh yeah...
The guy that lied about all of his involvement with Russian peeps.  But wait wait wait wait wait.  I know Trump got warned multiple times that Flynn was questionable for the role of National Security advisor, but he's very LOYAL.  Let's give him a chance.
Oh.  It's been reported that he has Russian ties in the media?  Let's very cordially ask for his resignation.  I mean, If he knows Russians, he might be valuable to us.  We don't want to upset Putin!

James Comey
Paraphrasing Trump: "OMG I LOVE THIS GUY.  He's got guts!!! Way to go!  You should have sent Hillary to jail, but you slammed her good, nonetheless.  Great job, Comey!"

Many days go by.... Comey repeatedly makes it clear that Trump's campaign and those involved are part of a major ongoing investigation.  Comey expresses that he is sick with the idea that he may have influenced the outcome of the election by releasing information about Clinton's emails.  Trump takes a dump in his diaper and fires Comey in an effort to influence and throw a wrench into the FBI Russian probe investigation.

Please.  Tell me.  Who should Trump fire next?

Republicans Are OUT in 2018

If this joke of "Repeal and Replace" Obamacare passes, expect the House and Senate to go Democrat in 2018.  This cannot be avoided due to the fact that human beings, regardless of whether they are Republican, Democrat or Independent, want to live.

The END.

Scott Wagner is not a Robot

I know I've been on the robot rant, but he's not a robot.  He's a moron.  Mr. Wagner does not accept logical programming, of any kind.

Who is Scott Wagner and why the hell am I writing about him?  Both are great questions.  Honestly, I wouldn't have known of his existence had someone not pointed out how ridiculously stupid a human he appears to be.

Mr. Wagner is a state senator of Pennsylvania.  There is nothing inherently wrong with that.  But there is something seriously wrong with his cognition.  His statements ring victoriously true in the merits of extreme idiocy.  Regardless of his thoughts on the outdoors, fishing and how the gas drilling industry might or might not affect such whimsical activities, his views on global warming truly take the cake among the uneducated:

From the NPR article:

He also took the stance that climate change is probably happening, though–citing scientifically unsound evidence–he maintained that the US shouldn’t worry too much about emissions.  “I haven’t been in a science class in a long time, but the earth moves closer to the sun every year–you know the rotation of the earth,” Wagner said. “We’re moving closer to the sun.”  He added, “We have more people. You know, humans have warm bodies. So is heat coming off? Things are changing, but I think we are, as a society, doing the best we can.”

Indeed, Mr. Wagner.  It sounds like you haven't been to a science class in a LOOOONG time.  Perhaps you haven't attended a single course in several hundred years?  The jury is not out on this one.  Shall I dare ask if you realize that the Earth's orbit is elliptical and not circular?  By your scientific postulating, we'd be torched in the Sun's flames for the better part of every year! Thank goodness you are massively incorrect in your assessment.

What is so emphatically stupid about Mr Wagner's statements is that, like him, many people do not READ.  Instead, they listen to morons spout this type of nonsense and assume the information is correct.  The fact of the matter is, there is research that suggests that the astronomical unit (the distance of earth from the sun) is increasing by a few centimeters per year.  This is due to a number of factors, the most impact coming from the fact that the sun is losing mass.  We are NOT GETTING CLOSER TO THE SUN.

So, Mr. Wagner, please stop spouting your lies on the matter of global warming.

Devin Nunes... Might be a Robot.

Judgement is on hold regarding the robot status of Devin Nunes.
Devin Nunes is a lot like the moles in my yard.  I really want to eradicate moles in swift fashion, but they are just too cute.  They're cute because they are small, curious, and damned near BLIND.  Moles can see and hear, but not well - mainly due to small eyes and ears as to prevent dirt and other unwanted matter from deterring them on their mission.

Devin Nunes leads The House Intelligence Committee to investigate possible Russian interference in the 2016 election of President.  Alrighty, buddy...

This is the reason that there is doubt that he is a robot:
Devin Nunes has no clue what he's doing.  In fact, he's getting played by the White House.  Whether he realizes he's getting played or he's playing along because he's too deep into the quicksand that is the ineptitude of the Trump administration, doesn't matter.  Nunes wears GUILT all over his face and anyone that's seen his mug has watched the discomfort of his pupils wander like he'd rather be digging ditches than answer the same question, repeatedly:  "Mr. Nunes, why did you totally jack up your investigation by doing the dumbest thing possible?"  Nunes' response is normally, "I've already answered this question."

NO robot looks like Nunes, and it's because he exhibits shame and guilt.  Thus:  Devin Nunes is likely not a robot.

Mr. Nunes, you've made one thing very clear.
You're great at pushing dirt.

Stephen Miller is a Robot

Hello, Homo sapiens of Earth.  Stephen Miller: ROBOT.

Frankly, he's made his verbose blathering known to many because it's absolutely insane and anything but human.  In fact, he claims that "...the powers of our president to protect our country are very substantial, and will not be questioned."

Thank you Mr. Miller.  However, you are massively incorrect and it could not be more satisfyingly challenged by none other than the great Stephen Colbert (Skip to the 4:00 minute mark):

Will NOT BE CHALLENGED?  Grab your toupee and get the hell outta here, fool.  You better plug back in and update your programming, because this is the United States of America.  Everything will be questioned.  Take a look in the mirror.  Are you thinking that you are a rationally cognizant human being?  I hope not.  No logical human actually believes that the POTUS is beyond inquiry and you better believe that Drump is not only questionable, but also borderline illiterate, immature, narcissistic and insane.  Look closely into your own eye sockets...

I'm fairly sure there is no soul in there.

See what I mean?

Kellyanne Conway is a Robot

This is not an alternative fact.  You already knew this, but I just wanted to reiterate.  I'm not exactly sure who programmed her or why her firmware has not been updated in a decade, but she continues to spew nonsense wherever she roams.  Limiting her time in the media is probably the only smart move that the Drump administration has made.

Kayleigh McEnany is a Robot

Do I really need to explain?  Run.  Run far from this device.

Paul Ryan is a Robot

Dear reader,
This should not surprise you.  Simply observe Mr. Ryan's behavior.
Firstly, Paul Ryan cannot answer any question that's been asked of him.  His A.I. programming is simply not advanced enough.  Secondly, he speaks as though he's trying to convince his listeners of something but he has no clue that they are aware that he's not human.  His only tactic for persuasion is akin to that of a car salesman trying to explain the value and purpose of "clear-coat."  Everyone knows it's bull-honkey (yes, I'm reviving that one).  More, the fact that his skin is so pale that you can nearly see through it turns even the most sympathetic human off at the onset of conversation.

Look, I'm not here to bet up on a human, I wouldn't do that. But Ryan simply does not appear to have human characteristics. Are we seriously going to fall for the widow peak AND a low lying hairline - at his age?? This is just too much to take - on top of the fact that he'd like us to believe that he has BLUE eyes (we see you trying to accent your eyes with your blue ties, you sick, robot bastard).

Most importantly, when the "Paul Ryan 2000" model, or whatever they tagged his model, tried to pass legislation, he couldn't even deliver something worthy to the United States of America with 7 YEARS to work on it! Come on, man!  You had seven freakin' years and all you have is a dark blue piece of paper held up while on camera just to show that your programming allows you to print in color? Hey look, guys!  It uses Lasers! (Firmware update: Lasers are not new, Paul)  Jesus.  It's like trying to chew eggplant rhine when listening to this guy push a law that no one wants.

Dear Paul,
Just because you stare harder, more intense and longer than everyone else in congress, it doesn't mean that you appear more human.  In fact, the opposite is true.  Hell, your robot boss is indicating your deprecation.  If that's not obsolete, I don't know what is!  Trump is the AOL of the United States Government.  I'm not surprised he allowed you to waste so much processing power.

I'm not sure why you're trying to push the red hat or the "work out"(appears to be a memory leak). What we need is for you congressional robots to stop following the LOBBY program and for all of you to start working for the people of the United States of America.  We don't want more Defense.  We don't want more bombing of countries and innocent people on the other side of the world.  We don't want you to Beep-Boop-Beep your way into more benefits for you and the rest of government shills.
We want you to use our tax money to benefit US - the people that pay it and PAY YOU.

Zippity Doo Da, Bye Bye.

Beat Box: This ain't yo Fat Boys

I come from the Breakdance Era.  That's right - the STREETS.  Not really, but I was dancing on the streets.  Things were different in 1984.  Breakin', Breakin' 2 - Electric Boogaloo and linoleum mats on my driveway....

Back in the day, I wanted to windmill into your heart and then totally beat your ass with a tight Top-Rock while I was only in 3rd grade.   More than that, I wanted to beat box like a champ.  I still do this while at home, at work, for my son... I never stop.  Like Turbo, I just won't quit.

I've been hovering the proverbial Breakin' broom over my household in an effort to continue the passion sound that is the Ozone of subculture. Even Shooter McGavin gets it.  Bobby McFerrin has nothing on this.

My favorite battle is Skiller vs. Alem in the Beatbox Championship of 2012.  See it here and realize that you really need a good sound system to hear the spectrum of sound frequency:

Skiller has a record deal, believe it or not.  I consider both to be massively talented.  Here is Alem doing some work at home with a metronome.  Incredible:

But then... They get together again!

One of my other favorites is Reeps One:

I cook, yes.  But I also clean it up with some fresh beats in my kitchen while I do so.  Curries go well with a fresh beat.  To top it off, here is a nice combo from several beat boxers at the last championship.  The All Stars Jam:

Carrot and Mushroom Curry soup

It's curry again.  Why not?

Don't front.  I have all of the spices to make curry from scratch, so it seems silly to simply make a sandwich for lunch when I know I can have a world of flavor in each spoon.  In the meantime, as cooking and a tasty drink go hand-in-hand, why not sip on an IPA while I get to work:

I thought that I would take a stab at making a carrot and mushroom soup.  Seemed like a legit idea. Both vegetables are from the ground and what not. Check.  Both have an intricate, earthy flavor. Check.  But will they compliment one another?  I wanted to find out.

I began with the curry:
2 Tblsp Peanut butter
2 Tblsp Sriracha Sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3 cloves
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 small diced onion
1/3 cup of vegan butter
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp diced Ginger
4 cloves of Garlic, minced
1/2 can of Coconut milk

I added all the above ingredients to a sauce pan and cooked at medium heat (about 15min) until the onions were super-duper soft.  In the meantime, I boiled an entire bag of carrots in 3 cups of water for 30 minutes.  I placed the remaining water and carrots into a Ninja and chopped 1 pack of Button mushrooms to join the party.  I mixed until completely smooth and then placed it back into the pot with the curry.  I added 2-3 cups of water and cooked on medium heat for 20 minutes.

Now I'm bored.  Are you bored?

I had dreamt up and cooked a thai carrot soup recently, and it was amazing.  I think I can do better, here.  As I stirred the soup, I was talking to a very good friend of mine about how this recipe could be improved.  Perhaps some tofu and some peas?  We conferred for a bit and decided that peas were good but they simply provided thickness, not a whole lot of flavor.  But I'm going to go ahead and say that we were wrong.  I popped out to my local natural foods store and grabbed the additional ingredients.

To prepare the tofu and peas, I put 2Tblsp of oil into a pan with 3/4 Tblsp of store-bought curry powder and 1tsp of Sea Salt.  I dried and then cubed the tofu and cooked it in the pan on Med-High heat for 10 minutes, adding the peas only to thaw them.  Beware: do not stare at this dish while cooking for too long.  This amount of yellow will jack with your visual rods and cones, there is so much turmeric:

My friend asked me, "Are they English peas?"
I had no clue.  These were frozen peas and, quite frankly, I find them sweeter than their sodium-saturated brethren drowned in a can.  This is why peas were a great compliment to this dish.  But here is the deal, peeps.  Salt is tricky when making curry from scratch.  I have a MASSIVE bowl of food, here, and seemingly haven't used enough salt.  But I don't want to add salt at the moment.  The reason is that freshly made curry will marry over time.  The flavor of this dish is going to change.  I've tested the final combination and the result is what I refer to as a "Creeper."

It looks like brown gravy and beef tips, yeah?  It's very delicious(and vegan), but the flavor will hit your brain over a matter of ten seconds.  First, the taste is extremely light.  Then seconds later, a flood of various and complex spices enter such that you will savor it before the next bite.  You may even find that the "heat" hits surprisingly late; long after the swallow is down the hatch.  Warn your weaker friends.

I shall let this beauty nap for a bit, give birth to the unknown and report back...

Update: This deep flavored dish only needed a bit more garlic.  The saltiness came on with time.  Delicious, sweet, and earthy is the flavor of the Carrot Mushroom soup.  With tofu and peas... and a bunch of other stuff.

Chickpea Cashew Coconut Curry with Spinach

And... We're back!

It's been a while, since I posted last.  But my friends, curry never goes bad and I'm aging well.  Thus, I'm getting back into the mix!  Let's cook.

I think I may just dab a bit of curry on my neck before work.  Kidding - I won't, but I love it enough to make such a threat. Cue sandalwood instead.  It blows my mind how many times I mention curry only to find that most people still do not know what the hell it is.  Curry is not a spice.  Curry is not a sap that one derives from a plant.  Curry is a mixture of spices/vegetables/herbs and it can be in various combinations and amounts.  Not only is the idea of curry so foreign to some that they shy away from it, but it seems that it simply does not jibe with their palettes.  That's very unfortunate for a mouth's existence because I find dishes utilizing curry to be some of the most enjoyable in life.  My tongue loves it and so does my belly.  This is what the dish I be cookin' looks like:

That bowl isn't all that clean on the sides because half of it is gone.  I'll not take credit for its creation, so here is the recipe I referenced:  Chickpea Cashew Coconut Curry

It is important to note, I did not follow the recipe word for word.  I didn't have all of the ingredients and I made 1.5 times the listed amount.  I also added spinach just because I freakin' love spinach.  So in order to make this a little easier, you can watch me make the delicious dish.  Proper cooking:

Grow Your Basil...

...for crying out loud.  Why for crying out loud?
Because it's as about as easy as it can get in the realm of gardening.  I'm not going to detail general gardening techniques, planting seasons and all of the other earthy junk that you can find from Google.

The most important thing is this:  Basil loves a lot of water and Basil loves direct sunlight.

Here is my method and I've done this more than once with great success.

1. Buy some good potting soil and fill an 8"x10"pot 2/3-3/4 full.
1-b.  Yes.  I'm saying screw those little plastic seeding cups.
2. Make a 3" diameter reservoir in the center of the soil approximately 2" deep.
3. Pour in organic basil seeds and cover with soil.  Pack the soil lightly.
4. Lightly water.
5. Leave outside in the sunlight if there is no threat of a frost.

Continue to lightly water the pot every day for the first two weeks being sure not to over-saturate the soil.  You should see the green within just a few days, and it's exciting!   When the sprouts begin to flourish, begin adding more water and give it plenty of sunlight.  If you water this plant every morning and leave it in the sun, it will go absolutely nuts!  And I can think of a nut that goes quite well with basil...  Vegan Pesto recipe for another day... It's GOOD.

To be more specific about a flourishing basil plant in direct sunlight, you can saturate the soil in the morning on a daily basis.  Pull off leaves as you need for cooking throughout the Summer.  The plant will continue to grow as long as it has enough of the two things that it loves the most.  Hell, sing to it as well, if you like.
You'll be singing anyway.

Who the hell doesn't love Basil?!!!

Where's the Beef?

Not here.
Have I used that title for a post already?  Probably.  How clumsy of me...

I don't know what the hell happened to the Beefless patties from Gardein.  I can't find them anywhere.
Apparently it's not being ordered at stores in my area anymore.  Instead, supermarkets are carrying the Beefless Sliders.  Seriously, local food-stuff provider?  I'm not paying 5 dollars for less Beefless and more white bread!  And why the hell are they putting Beefless on white bread anyway?!!!  Put it on a frackin' wheat bun, fools!

Oh well.  I'll have to move on, I suppose.  Thus, our meal this fine Friday evening will be my first to try the WildWood veggie burgers.  They look tasty.

I've had many veggie burgers, Gardein being the best by far.  But these look thick and juicy, just like a fake beef patty should.  I am also a big fan of WildWood products as I use their extra firm tofu in most of my tofu recipes.  So, I have high expectations for this burger.  Don't disappoint me dub-u dub-u!

Experience: forthcoming

Update: It was about what I expected.  It had the "graininess" that a lot of other veggie patties possess.    It wasn't juicy like I'd hoped it would be.  The overall flavor wasn't bad, but it didn't taste like beef, which is why Gardein wins in comparison, hands down(If you're looking for a patty that imitates beef in texture and flavor).  If anyone would like to offer other suggestions, I'm all ears.  I probably won't buy this patty again.

Taco Bell - Vegan?

I'm not going to tout Taco Bell as a health haven.  That's loco.

But, indeed, a vegan can eat at Taco Bell - and Lord knows, you'll likely end up there at some point with your friends or at that moment when you've got only 3 dollars and little time.

Other than Subway, Taco Bell is the one fast food place that I might visit just to make things easy and cheap.  Most every time, my order consists of only a couple of bean burritos -Fresco style.  But a vegan can order more.  A whole lot more if you like.  But it's no haven for vegan eating either.  It depends on how much labor and confusion you really want your soon-to-be, frustrated cashier to deal with.

Vegan Eating Out makes it a bit more simple with their list.  If your cashier doesn't mind taking the time, then you might venture beyond a couple of burritos.

I would say "good luck."
But I will admit, without shame, that Taco Bell has really increased their level of service over the last 3-4 years.  I'm not sure if this was due to the "beef authenticity" scare that was in the news, or if it was simply something they decided to do in order to change their customer service approach.  But I have yet to visit a Taco Bell in the last 3 years that wasn't willing to cater to my every detailed wish.  That is an odd thing for me to admit. It's fast food.  But they continue to make it exactly as I desire.  And if it isn't the way I ask, they happily remake it until it's correct.

Good work Taco Bell, you loco personas.

Oreos

Are Oreos vegan?

You bet they are - in America at least.  I've read that Oreos produced in Europe contain animal products.  But here in the states they do not.  Let's look at the ingredients:

Oreo Ingredients

Ingredients: SUGAR, ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE {VITAMIN B1}, RIBOFLAVIN {VITAMIN B2}, FOLIC ACID), HIGH OLEIC CANOLA OIL AND/OR PALM OIL AND/OR CANOLA OIL, AND/OR SOYBEAN OIL, COCOA (PROCESSED WITH ALKALI), HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, CORNSTARCH, LEAVENING (BAKING SODA AND/OR CALCIUM PHOSPHATE), SALT, SOY LECITHIN (EMULSIFIER), VANILLIN - AN ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, CHOCOLATE. CONTAINS: WHEAT, SOY.

I don't see any animal ingredients in there!  I don't see anything good for me either, but then I'm not pounding these cookies.  In fact, I rarely eat sweets,  But I'm glad this one is available to me.
However, it has been reported that some of the suppliers from which Kraft/Nabisco obtain their sugar use some animal-derived products in the processing of that sugar.  So I guess it depends on how vegan you are.  Then again - Look at the main ingredient!  It's a tough decision.

I don't believe they taste the same, but Newman's Own makes an oreo-like cookie with organic and animal free ingredients:

Original:
Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Organic Powdered Sugar (Organic Sugar, Organic Corn Starch), Organic Sugar, Organic Palm Fruit Oil, Canola Oil (Expeller Pressed), Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Unsweetened Chocolate, Salt, Natural Flavor, Sodium Bicarbonate (leavening), Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier).

First ingredient is wheat flour.  That's a cookie I can pound.

FireFox Error

Apologies.  This is a tech post.  I googled the hell out of this problem and never found a solid resolution.  After fiddling around, I was able to solve this problem repeatedly using this solution.

The error occurring looks like this from FireFox version 14:

A copy of Firefox is already open. Only one copy of Firefox can be open at a time.

This was happening to every account on a machine running Mac OS X Snow Leopard Version 10.6.8

To resolve the problem, navigate to each user's Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles folder.
There was only one directory within the profiles folder in the format of XXXXXXXX.default.
Copy that file to the desktop and then delete it from the Profiles directory.
Run Firefox.

You should get an error that reads: "Profile Missing.  Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded.  It may be missing or inaccessible."

Click "OK" and move the XXXXXXXX.default directory back to the Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles folder.
Run Firefox, and Voila! It should be running without a problem.

I have not clue why this works, but I hope it helps some of you get past the problem.

Greasy Burger? YES!

This is by no means new information.
But it's new to me, and I'm pretty excited about it.
I've had Gardein products before, but I just tried their frozen, meatless beef patties, and I must say, I am simply shocked!
Check the details

This beefless burger can be grilled, microwaved, or anything in-between and they are still dripping with juicy flavor.  The first one I ate took my taste buds back 10 years to the last burger I had.  The texture and flavor are as close to a real burger as anything I've tried in the meat substitute market.  Apparently, their technique is a secret.

Although the patty is processed, as most imitation meat substitutes are, it ranks pretty low on the bad-for-you scale in my opinion.  Sodium and fat are low, protein is high, and they use several ingredients with near complete protein/amino profiles, like Quinoa.  One of the main fears that people have with meat substitutes is soy origin.  Gardein claims to only use non-GMO soy protein.

You HAVE to try this burger.

A Healthy Heart

Without it, everything else suffers.
I don't feel like I need to go into what a healthy diet contains.  If you're vegan, you're probably doing your research and you already know that an ample amount of vegetables, fruits, nuts/seeds, and legumes are weighted heavily on the grocery list. If you're not vegan, there are many online resources.
But something I discovered early on was that there are a couple of items that will have an immediate, positive effect on the cardiovascular system.  Who doesn't need that?
I said I would discuss the two spices that will immediately work to lower your overall cholesterol level.
So here they are:
Cayenne and Cinnamon

You likely have these spices in your cabinet right now.  Use them.  Use them in ample amounts.

When I say ample amounts, I mean a teaspoon or more - several times a day if you can.
These spices do wonders for your heart by opening the vascular system and providing ample blood flow.  They also scavenge free radicals from the blood stream and contain many essential minerals.  The benefits are outstanding.  The recommended fashion for optimal ingestion is to add a teaspoon of one or the other to a glass of warm water.  I have yet to try doing this with cinnamon, but I do this with Cayenne on a daily basis.  It is one of the reasons that my cholesterol level is quite good and at one time it lowered my Blood pressure below the healthy average.  You can feel its invigorating effects as you're drinking it.
Note, though, that using a teaspoon on the first glass is not recommended.  Try to work your way up to that amount per dose.  The burning is very present, but it will also work to rebuild the lining of the stomach if there is any damage.(Also prepare for some uncomfortable bowel movements for the first few days.)  I would recommend working up to an amount that is comfortable for you.  I think you will notice that you will likely add more and more with each dosage, however, be warned that Cinnamon has been known to increase the heart rate.  Listen to your body.

I've read that Cayenne can stop  heart attack on the spot.  Though I've never seen or experienced this, it wouldn't surprise me.  See the below links for ample amounts of info on these two Miracle spices:

Vegan Mayo (Day 129)

I don't really have much to say in this post other than to point out that I brought up Vegenaise many posts back.  It's one of my favorite things as a condiment, for dressings, or making a creamy pasta.
(Note: I will post the cholesterol reducing goodness I mentioned recently ASAP)

It just so happens that America's Ultraman, Rich Roll, agrees.
In this 10 minute tour of his natural foods shopping trip, he shows us what foods he prefers for a healthy training diet and why.  If it's good enough for Rich Roll, it's good enough for me.
His love for Vegenaise at 6:30 -

Thanks Rich.
